I liked the accessibility of the highway. Being right off that highway made it really easy to explore many near by towns. I drove into Providence, Rhode Island several times during my visit. It never took over 30 minutes. I also appreciated the late check out option, 12 noon. It was only an extra hour, but I had a long drive back home and I hadn't slept well that night at all. The extra time was well needed, and they didn't hesitate to give it to me. I unfortunately never woke up early enough to get breakfast, so I can't rank that. I also never got a chance to use the pool, but it was heated so I know I would have enjoyed it.

I didn't know the breakfast bar was in a different room than the front lobby so when I got up in the morning I walked through the lobby didn't see anything and missed breakfast.I found out later that day that it was down the hall

good location amazing staff! especially Ruby! She remembered our names and welcomed us everytime we got in and out! Gsve dinner recommendations and just checked in on us!

The woman at the reception desk was very pleasant & helpful. We were tired from a long drive in heavy traffic, & she was a breath of fresh air! The room was clean, & the beds were comfortable. There was nothing fancy, just a good place to rest. Sometimes that's enough.

The Staff was excellent at check in. I have a disability and they went the extra mile to see that the luggage got into the room. They were friendly and interested.

The staff here were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. And the location was very convenient, especially for someone not familiar with the area!

The staff was very friendly, Mrs. Rubie (Asian looking female) was very very helpfull with my son and I. Always smilling and ready to help. Also the other colleagues was very friendly.

Great deal for the quality.. felt safer and cleaner.. cheaper than the riff raff of the pineapple inn next store. Returning next Friday for another date night with hubby
